TILT (Teachers Integrating and Learning Technology) Staff Development Program in Billings Public Schools:

This area will feature research-based practices and approaches to teaching students, as well as teachers... to prepare them for a future which increasingly requires its citizens to be tech-savvy. Below you will find a collection of research used in designing and implementing the TILT program in BPS. The research is divided into three major areas; 21st Century Skills Acquisition for students K-12, Effective Staff Development practices, and Emerging Technology and Educational Trends.
